The Least Healthy Totally Decadent Burger You Will Ever Love!

When I first heard of this burger my thought was “are you serious?  That sounds disgusting!”  But when encouraged to try it I found the exact opposite to be true.  Don’t rush to judgment on this one, give it a try and see for yourself. 

Fresh Garden Salad

This Fresh Garden Salad was one we grew up with.  Mom seemed to make it nearly every day.  Everyone loved it so we didn’t mind.  Here it is again.  Funny how the great recipes always come back around! Fresh Garden Salad 1 cucumber, diced 1 

Add the Fresh Flavors of Avocado Cream to Anything!

Avocado Cream is a healthy, delicious alternative to many high calorie sandwich spreads.  Try it as a replacement to mayonnaise or dips.  My son loves it as a fresh tasting alternative to hummus.

Avocado Cream

1 avocado, peeled and diced

2 cloves garlic

2 green onions

1 jalapeno, seeded and deveined (unless you want the heat)

1/4 c full fat Greek yogurt or sour cream

Using a small food processor, process all the above ingredients until smooth.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  Place in a covered container and refrigerate for 30 minutes for the flavors to meld.  Serve with chips, veggies, burgers, etc.
