Avocado Cream is a healthy, delicious alternative to many high calorie sandwich spreads. Try it as a replacement to mayonnaise or dips. My son loves it as a fresh tasting alternative to hummus.

Avocado Cream
1 avocado, peeled and diced
2 cloves garlic
2 green onions
1 jalapeno, seeded and deveined (unless you want the heat)
1/4 c full fat Greek yogurt or sour cream
Using a small food processor, process all the above ingredients until smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place in a covered container and refrigerate for 30 minutes for the flavors to meld. Serve with chips, veggies, burgers, etc.
