Fresh Garden Salad
This Fresh Garden Salad was one we grew up with. Mom seemed to make it nearly every day. Everyone loved it so we didn’t mind. Here it is again. Funny how the great recipes always come back around!
Fresh Garden Salad
1 cucumber, diced
1 pint cherry tomatoes, cut in half
5 green onions, diced
1 clove of garlic, very finely minced
10 olives (your favorite kind – we prefer Castlevetrano) cut in half
4 T bottled vinaigrette dressing
In a medium bowl, mix everything together. Cover and get aside for 20 minutes for the flavors to meld. Serve.
NOTE: We love this salad served with a dollop of the Avocado Cream
