Do you love crab legs but either hate the mess of a huge pot of boiling water or don’t know how to prepare them? The easiest way I have found to prepare them is in the oven – yes, the oven. Simply preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Place the crab legs on a baking sheet, pour 1/4 c of water onto the baking sheet then wrap tightly with aluminum foil.
This is about 4 1/5 lbs. of king crab legs.
Place in the hot oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and carefully remove the foil. Transfer to a platter and serve with melted, clarified butter. YUM!
