Healthy and Delicious Baked Kale Chips
These kale chips are the rage these days. I see them in Whole Foods all the time but they are a bit pricey. Here is a recipe so you can make these at home whenever you want and with kale being so inexpensive, why not make a batch now. Unfortunately, my family scarfed these down before I could get a good photo so I had to rescue the last two chips just so I could have something to show you. I think they like these.
Baked Kale Chips
1 bunch of kale, washed and de-stemmed
olive oil
salt and pepper to taste.
Make sure the kale is dry from being washed. Lay the kale in a single layer on a baking sheet. Drizzle olive oil lightly over all of the kale then using your clean hands, rub the olive oil over the kale leaf to coat evenly. Lightly sprinkle with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper. Bake at 400 degree oven and bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool before serving.
