Belini’s

Bellini’s – delicious, bubbly concoction of fruity-ness.

Bellini

1 oz strawberry/orange juice* (or whatever combination of juice you prefer – just be sure to use juice and not a juice/yogurt blend)

1 oz peach schnapps

4 oz champagne

In a champagne flute, pour in the strawberry juice and peach schnapps.  Top with enough champagne to fill the flute.  Garnish with fresh fruit of your choice and enjoy.  These are great to serve for a brunch or a bridal shower.  Just be forwarned – these little ones will sneak up on you and smack you hard in the back of the head when you aren’t looking.

*If you are able to find it in your area, Kern’s fruit nectar is great for Bellini’s.  The peach nectar is the best for this drink.  Unfortunately, I couldn’t find any Kern’s when I made these so I had to substitute.  The end result is still wonderful.
