Chocolate Peanut Clusters
Chocolate Peanut Clusters
The chocolate peanut clusters are a great way to use left over chocolate or when you need a light dessert fast. Just pour peanuts into the chocolate and stir until they are coated. Spoon out onto parchment paper to set up and harden. I use lightly salted peanuts without the skins. You can use any nut you would like. There are no quantities listed for this recipe because you use as much as you want. Just chop and melt the chocolate and add the nuts. Other options are dried cranberry’s, raisins or any other dried fruit, nut, or seed. Makes a great gift or something for mom when she is having one of those days but don’t let the kids see them or there won’t be any left for you!
