Spicy Asian Shrimp

Spicy Asian Shrimp

2 lbs. shrimp, peeled and deveined

1 t hot sauce (I used 1/2 t of  Ghost Pepper sauce)

3 cloves of garlic, finely minced

1 1/2 t Five-Spice powder

1 1/2 t ginger, finely minced

2 T rice wine vinegar

1 t fish sauce

2 t sesame oil

In a large bowl, whisk all the ingredients (except the shrimp).  Add the shrimp and coat well.  Cover and refrigerate to marinate.  Try to let this marinate for at least 1 hour.

Grill until the shrimp are cooked through, about 2 minutes per side depending on the size.

Serve on a bed of fresh greens or with Grilled Veggie Salad.
