White Chicken Chili

This is one of those recipes you pull out when you get home from work, sit down, start to relax then it hits you that you have to fix dinner!.  Oh, the horror of it all!!.  No worries, this recipe goes together fast and tastes

As the weather warms, grills are firing up all over the place.  But maybe you are tired of the same old grill recipes.  Add something new.  Try this spiced up juicy version of a classic.

Burgers 1

Cheddar Burgers

2 lbs. ground beef

1 T Worcestershire sauce

1 T Cholula sauce

2 – 4 green onions, finely chopped

fresh ground pepper to taste

1 c shredded medium cheddar cheese

In a large bowl, mix everything together just until blended.  Do not mix too long or the meat will be tough.

Portion out into patties and grill until they reach the desired doneness.

Delicious!
