Delicious Grilled or Roasted Asparagus

It’s grill season!!!  Well, almost. Delicious, Fresh Asparagus

My favorite spring-time treat has arrived in the grocery stores.  Asparagus!  I love it when the stalks are fresh and tender.  Just make sure to choose stalks that are thick at the base.  One would think that the thin stalks would be more tender but that isn’t the case with asparagus.  There are the same number of fibers in the… (more…)

Maple Roast Chicken Has the Perfect Combination of Sweet and Hot
