Red, White and Blue Strawberry’s

Red, White and Blue Strawberry’s are a perfect way to celebrate the 4th of July.  Sweet and juicy and oh so cute!

INGREDIENTS:

strawberry’s, washed and dried

white chocolate chips

blue sugar

Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl at 30 second intervals until smooth and creamy.

Dip strawberry’s straight down into the white chocolate, allow the excess to drip back into the bowl.

Immediately dip the white chocolate coated strawberry straight down into the blue sugar.

Set aside to allow the chocolate to set up.  About 10 minutes.

Serve.
